Guidelines for Nukkad Natak

Team Composition – Each team can have 8-15 members, including performers and backstage assistants.
Time Limit – Performances should be between 12-15 minutes, including setup and exit. Exceeding the limit will lead to mark deductions.
Theme & Content – Plays must focus on social issues, be original, and avoid offensive or inappropriate content.
Performance Area – No formal stage; performances must be in an open space for 360-degree audience visibility.
Props & Costumes – Minimal hand props allowed; teams must manage their own costumes. No elaborate sets.
Language – Plays can be performed in Hindi, English, or regional languages, ensuring clarity for the audience.
Music & Instruments – Live music (dhol, harmonium, etc.) is allowed. Pre-recorded tracks may be restricted and must be confirmed in advance.
Use of Slogans – Teams are encouraged to use rhythmic slogans and chants for better audience engagement.
Code of Conduct – No abusive language, disrespectful gestures, or direct political/religious propaganda allowed. Violations lead to disqualification.
Judges’ Decision – The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
Registration Fee: ₹299 per group

Event Execution & Judging Criteria

✔ Volunteers will monitor timekeeping, rule enforcement, and audience control.
✔ Teams will perform in sequence, with quick setup time allocated.
✔ Adherence to time limits and content guidelines will be strictly monitored (violations result in mark deductions).
