Dr. Anil Kumar Sinha
Director & Senior Professor , Finance
Dr Anil Kumar Sinha has been the Director and Senior Professor (Finance) at FIIB since 2012. He has been a leader in management education for more than 2 decades serving as Director of many PGDM colleges in Delhi-NCR. He has been instrumental in leading several teaching and research related initiatives at FIIB. His teaching interests include Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Project Finance and Project Evaluation. He has edited several books and published research articles.

Dr Jain is a Professor of Marketing at FIIB, New Delhi. Having a Doctorate degree with over 20 years of experience in teaching and research, her work has been published in top-ranked Journals. These journal of repute include Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Journal of Consumer Marketing, Australasian Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Global Information Management, Online Information Review, to name a few.

Dr. Kshamta Chauhan has a rich experience of over two and a half decades in academics. She is a Professor of Economics and International Business at FIIB. Her research interest areas include Non-performing Assets in the Banking Sector, Sustainable Economic Development, and Green Economy. Her work has been published in reputable journals. Dr. Purnima Rao is an experienced researcher and academician with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. She is skilled in Business Analysis, Coaching, Academic Writing, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning. Dr. Rao holds a PhD in Finance from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, and an MBA in Finance. She is also a NET-JRF recipient of the University Grants Commission.

Dr. Sharma has more than 15 years of experience and is a Certified Equity Research Analyst. Her core competencies are financial analytics, financial modeling, and Equity Research. She possesses proficiency in R, Advance Excel, EVIEWS, SPSS & STATA. She has delivered Financial Modeling, Business Analytics, Econometrics, and I.O. Modeling sessions as a resource person and has published her research papers in ABDC and Scopus indexed journals.

Prof. Shuchi is a result-driven training & development and human resource professional with 14 years’ experience, profoundly impacting performance through the design of personnel training programs for the reform, enhancement, and advancement of students & organizational objectives. She is an accredited Trainer from ICS India Limited and a Certified Counsellor & legally affiliated with Counsellor Council of India. She has certification for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from VIMHANS.

Currently an Assistant Professor of Business Communication in HR and OB at FIIB, New Delhi, Vibhor is a corporate professional with 22 years of cross-functional experience across product development, project management, customer relationship management and sales. Having worked with global leaders in publishing—McGraw Hill Education, Macmillan Education and Pearson India Education Services, he has 17 years of experience in the publishing industry. Vibhor is a software engineer with a master's in computer science from East Tennessee State University, USA.

Ms. Shruti Chandra

Prof. Shruti Chandra has been managing the Doctoral Programme since its inception in 2020. She has a rich and diverse academic background with masters in Political Science, Education and MPhil in Development Studies. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Political Science from JNU. Apart from being an integral part of the Doctoral Programme, Shruti is also looking after the in-house journal FIIB Business Review published by Sage Publications and indexed with Scopus, ABS, Clarivate, among others.

She has obtained her PhD in Marketing Management from the Haryana School of Business, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Master’s degree in Commerce from Hansraj College, Delhi University and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University.
