Inspired by Albert Einstein’s words, “Creativity is intelligence having fun”, this three-day workshop is designed to spark creativity and generate innovative solutions to real-world problems through collaborative ideation sessions.
What is Ideation?
Ideation is the process of generating a wide range of ideas on a given topic without judgment or evaluation. It’s a journey of exploring unconventional and imaginative concepts, paving the way for ground breaking solutions.
Why Ideation?
Ideation workshops are invaluable for fostering innovation and collaboration across different teams. By bringing diverse perspectives together, we can explore new angles and think outside the box, ultimately leading to transformative ideas.
FIIB is hosting a three-day Ideation Workshop aimed at generating innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
Our Approach
Participants are invited to think from diverse perspectives on the following well-curated themes:
- Customer Pattern Themes
- Planet Priorities
- Riskier Disruptions
The Ideation boot camp will run in three break-out rooms dedicated to each theme. Selected delegates can choose any one of the themes based on their interest. Each breakout room will engage in a three-day interactive platform, generating innovative solutions and transforming new ideas under the guidance of experts in the respective areas.
Workshop Schedule
Setting the Foundation (16th October 2024)
- Introduction to Ideation: Kick off with a warm welcome and overview.
- Ice-Breaker Activity: Engage participants with a fun activity.
- Breakout Room Sessions: Discuss problem statements with expert facilitation.
Generating Ideas (17th October 2024)
- Breakout Room Sessions: Participate in interactive exercises to generate ideas.
- Documentation and Sharing: Document and share ideas within the group.
- Group Reflection and Expert Guidance: Reflect on ideas and refine them with expert guidance.

Refining and Presenting Ideas (18th October 2024)
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare and practice presenting ideas.

The top entries from FRC’s other events viz: Research Grant Competition, Katastasi Case Competition, RCDC and Paper Presentations will get a chance to participate in this boot camp.
