14th October 2024

Last Date to Submit Proposal: 30th September 2024

About

The FIIB research grant competition is a shark tank-style competition embodying an entrepreneurial mindset of invention, experimentation and problem-solving. The event serves as a perfect platform for researchers to explore ideas that give a deeper understanding of the usability of the research contributions, either by solving real-world problems or providing actionable insights.

The competition aims to bridge the academia-practice gap by inviting research ideas that have the potential to benefit society, advance the practice of management, and contribute to the progression of scholarly knowledge. This is perhaps among the very few business research competitions that require rethinking the traditional public value of business research and encourages the submission of ideas that forge a new social commitment with the communities we proclaim to serve.
