From Project Leader to Country Manager and Alliances Director, Vanga honed his skills in diverse leadership roles.

Valdel Group (2001-2006):

As a Sales Leader and Entrepreneur (Founder & COO for Valdel Xtent), he played a pivotal role in growing a BPO idea into a 600-person operation, eventually selling it to Essar in 2006.

Genpact (2006-2014):

From Sales Leader to Vice President for Change Management and Technology Partnerships, Vanga showcased his versatility and leadership.

Anthill Ventures (2014 Onwards):

Vanga fosters innovation and entrepreneurial ventures as an Angel Investor and venture Partner.

Achievements and Awards:

Received the Platinum Award at Genpact, a recognition reserved for the top 1% of 59,000 people annually.

Led the American Teleservices Association Chamber for India as President in 2004.

Quoted in various domestic and international news outlets as a founding member in building the BPO Industry in India.

Core team member for Valdel Xtent, transforming it into a $25MM revenue operation.
