1.How has FIIB helped you in your career success? 

FIIB gave me the tools and experience to enter the corporate world at a high level with confidence and authority. It provided a chance to build leadership skills and shift gears in my career. Developing the ability to inspire, motivate, and positively impact those around you easily sets you up for success when you transfer those skills to your career. With leadership and teamwork being at the top of the list of skills employers look for, working to build those in your MBA can only help you achieve your career goals. Here at FIIB, I have received unmatched quality input from the faculty.

2. Importance of reading a book. Is there any one book in particular that has helped you to achieve success in life? (Name of the book and some part of it as a message).

‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ by Stephen R. Covey is a self-improvement book. It is written on Covey’s belief that the way we see the world is entirely based on our own perceptions. In order to change a given situation, we must change ourselves, and in order to change ourselves, we must be able to change our perceptions.

3.One piece of advice for our FIIB Alumni.

 “Focus on time management skills, open communication, and dedicate long hours of reading and hard work. Never fear to open up to instructors or students for advice!”
