The day’s session on ‘Developing True Leadership Qualities' was heralded by a knowledge rendering talk by the guest, Mr. Amit Malik. Number of followers doesn’t make a good leader; everlasting impact always distinguishes a true leader.” Then he quoted some motivating examples of athletes to denote the importance of will power at every stage of building proper leadership traits. Another interesting fact that he highlighted was the ability to accept and internalize change makes a successful leader. Instead of storytelling inspirational stories, Mr. Amit Malik put forth the FIIB-ians with the enlightened example of Mr. Amit Saroha.
