Against all odds
5th July 2016

We at FIIB are deeply honored to have hosted Mr. Vikas Dagar at our campus on Tuesday the 5th July 2016. Mr. Dagar is the current Asian record holder for Long Jump, 100 meters, and 200 meters. He has qualified for Rio Paralympics 2016. He addressed the new batch of PGDM students, and shared his life journey so far, the challenges of a para-athlete, his learning from life, and rising to become the current Asian record holder in multiple events that are mentioned earlier. He gave the audience an insight into what goes into making of champion athletes, their self-belief, and the need to handle intense pressures in international events, and life. His speech was hugely inspiring to one and all. At the end of the session, students got a chance to ask him questions on various facets of his life and achievements. The learning's from this day will etched in the memory of everyone at FIIB forever. And, everyone at FIIB like the rest of India wishes him all the best for RIO Paralympics 2016.
