FIIB Delhi’s Executive Programs Offer Myriad Solutions to Help Drive Organizational Performance

FIIB Delhi, treats Executive Development Programs (EDPs) as an essential link between the corporate world and academia. At the Institute, the EDPs are designed to make them a balanced blend of conceptual and experiential learning. The college concentrates on conceiving, developing and conducting innovative EDPs and treats it as a major thrust area aimed at preparing the Indian industry to take on the competitive pressures resulting out of globalization and rapidly growing economy. EDPs of the college, equip working managers with knowledge, skills and attitude for effectively responding to these business pressures and emerging opportunities. The programs are conducted by experienced faculty of the college using a judicious mix of lectures, cases, role plays, business games, and exercises that maximize learning from peer interaction.

EDP Calendar-

While the B-school has an open calendar of training programs (list given below) for the working executive, it also tailor makes specific programs to suit individual organizational needs. These programs can be conducted as in-company programs or can be held at the college campus.
